RwP: Interview with Madison Police Officer Steve Heimsness and Walker's Constitution

This week on Rants Without Pants, I interview Madison Police Officer Steve Heimsness who is also on the board of the Madison Police Association. Officer Steve discusses the protests at the Capitol a year and a half ago, as well as the arrests that are currently happening at the Capitol. I then discuss Gov.   2. Wow - that's pretty brave drinking a beer with this cop considering how he has been known to handle people when they are drunk. (He shoots and kills them).

  5. Cheif Noble Ray thinks it's ok for him to shoot dead an unarmed guy or kick another one in the head till he has to go to the hospital but use the N word and that is just too much. WTF goes on in Madison?
